The "Pied a Terre" is an independent apartment, own entrance, on the ground floor of Casa Pietro Berrettini, finely restored and furnished with care. The apartment is suitable for two people who wish to have a small but comfortable point of support for visit Cortona or pleasant excursions in Tuscany and Umbria.

The sleeping area has a comfortable double bed and the kitchen is complete with refrigerator, electric hob and microwave. In the bathroom with shower you have the washing machine. The apartment is covered by Wi-fi connection and is equipped with TV-SAT, DVD/CD player and a safe.
